東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科 先端芸術表現専攻
修了制作展

会期：2008年1月19日（土）～1月27日（日）

学科設立以来、先端芸術表現科では表現形態にとらわれない横断領域的な新しい芸術分野の構築というテーマをかかげ、現代美術の分野ではまだ数少ない最先端技術との融合など、それぞれが未分化の領域に挑戦してきました。
その方向性は卒業・修了制作展にもいかされ、これまでは特定のタイトルのもと、グループ展という形式で学生自らが展示場所を探すところからスタートし、ひとつの展覧会を構成して参りました。
　しかし、今年度の修了制作展ではその冠をはずし、強引なまでにタイトルにこだわり、ひとりひとりの作家の作品を見てもらいたいという強い一念から『先端芸術表現専攻修了制作展』という名のもと、展覧会を行うことになりました。
　従来どおり、場所探しから部屋決め、広報や宣伝物に関することも学生たちの手で行われている手作りの展覧会です。
学生でありながら海外での個展を開催したり、国際的なビエンナーレやレジデンスプログラムに参加する者がいたりと、その内容とレベルは学生の域を超えています。
　修了制作展でありながら個々の活動の集大成として、私たちが出逢い、切磋琢磨してきた藝大先端でのこの２年間の成果を、今、皆様に感じとっていただければ幸いです。

The directionality was made use of in a graduation / completion production exhibition and, as for the thing of a specific title, student oneself started in a form called the group exhibition till now from the place that looked for an exhibition place and I constituted one exhibition and gave up.
　However, we take off the crown by the completion production exhibition this year and am particular about a title so as to be forcible and will perform the cause named "the tip art expression specialty completion production exhibition", an exhibition out of strong desire to want you to watch the work of the each person's writer.
　Public information and a thing about the trade rag are handmade exhibitions performed by hand of students room decision from search for place as before.
And we hold the private exhibition in foreign countries while being a student, and there is a person participating in international Biennale and condominium program the contents and levels exceed the level of the student.
　As the collected studies of the individual activity, we meet while being a completion production exhibition and are happy if we have take in result for these two years at the art size tip that worked together in competition in now.
